Roberto Bernardo sa Senate Blue Ribbon hearing karong adlawa nga nagbutyag nga ang kickback shares sa infrastructure projects ang gitunga sa 50% alang sa I&E Construction “presumably for (former) Sec. Mark Villar,” 25% alang kang former Usec. Maria Cabral, og 25% alang usab kaniya.
