Sumala kang committee vice chair Marikina City Rep. Stella Luz Quimbo, unahon nila ang presentasyon sa DBCC aron matumod ang macroeconomic assumptions nga gigamit sa pagpasa sa budget nga gipresenta sa Kongreso, ang gigikanan sa pondo, og kun unsa ang prayoridad nga galastuhan.
Ilawom sa proposed 2025 national budget, ang sektor sa edukasyon mao ang nagpabilin nga top priority nga nakakuha og P977 billion nga mas taas sa proposed P968 billion sa 2024.
Kini nga proposal ang naga-cover sa pondo alang sa Department of Education, state colleges and universities, Commission on Higher Education og Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.
Nagasunod sa education sector amo ang Department of Public Works and Highways nga may P900 billion sa 2025.
Nagasunod mao ang health sector lakip na ang iya sa Philippine Health Insurance Corp. nga may P297.6 billion, mas mubo sa P308.3 billion sa 2024.
Aduna usab P278.4 billion sa Department of the Interior and Local Government samtang sa Department of National Defense, may ginaduso nga pondo nga P256.1 billion.
Ang uban pa nga priority sectors mao ang Department of Social Welfare and Development nga may P230.1 billion, Department of Agriculture og attached corporations nga may P211.3 billion, Department of Transportation nga may P180.9 billion, judiciary nga may P63.6 billion og Department of Justice nga may P40.6 billion.
Ang P6.352-trillion NEP alang sa 2025 ang mas taas og 10.1 percent itandi sa national budget karon nga tuig.
