Ang Alalayan Exercise 2025 ang usa sa mga flagship capacity-building activities sa National Maritime Center (NMC) nga usa ka multi-agency command post, tabletop og ring filed training alang sa mga maritime personnel.
Tumong sa training aron nga ma-test ang tibook nga kapasidad sa interagency capabilities susama sa tracking, interception, boarding, inspection, evidence handling, og ubang mga emergency responses susama sa firefighting og search and rescue operations.
Lakip sa operasyon ang ubang mga ahensya nga may close-coordination sa PCG aron masiguro nga epektibo ang pagresponde og pagpalig-on sa national security ingon usab ang paghatag og proteksyon sa mga marine resources sa nasud.
Kauban sa PCG sa training ang Philippine Navy (PHNAVY), Philippine National Police-Maritime Group (PNP-PM), Bureau of Customs (BOC) , Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), Bureau of Immigration (BI), Bureau of Quarantine, og ang Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) nga nagpakita sa panaghiusa sa mga maritime agencies alang sa pagpalig-on sa maritime security sa Pilipinas.
