Gimandoan sa Supreme Court (SC) ang Office of the Executive Secretary, Senado og House of Representatives nga magsumite og orihinal nga kopya sa 2025 General Appropriations Bill (GAB) bag-o ang oral arguments niini sa petisyon batok niini.
Sa usa ka advisory, gipasumite usab sa SC ang original copy sa 2025 General Appropriations Enrolled Bill nga dili mulampas sa Pebrero 24 sa alas-12 sa udto.
Nagsugod kini sa petisyon nga gipasang-at ni kanhi executive secretary Victor Rodriguez og uba pang kaalyado ni former President Rodrigo Duterte nga mikuwestiyon sa legalidad sa 2025 GAA.
Gitakda usab sa SC ang oral arguments para sa petisyon sa Abril 1 samtang ang preliminary conference ang gitakda sa Pebrero 28.
